Inside Ripley Fieldwork Tracker's 2.1-Million-Pageview Month

A fieldwork tracker only matters if clinicians open it every working day. This is the website, content system, and paid-acquisition program behind a tool that ABA professionals across the country now use as part of their working week - and the June analytics that prove it.

Line chart of Ripley Fieldwork Tracker daily active users through June 2026, rising to weekday peaks near 7,000 with weekend dips - the rhythm of a tool used at work.

The Challenge

Ripley Fieldwork Tracker (opens in a new tab) solves a problem every aspiring BCBA knows well: logging and supervising fieldwork hours without drowning in spreadsheets. The product was strong and the audience was national. What it needed was the connective tissue around the product - a website that converts, a content system that earns search visibility, and an acquisition program that turns interest into sign-ups - built and run as one system rather than assembled from parts.

The Approach

Digital Marketing ABA builds and operates that system end to end. We built the website and keep it fast. We run the content and SEO program that brings fieldwork-related search demand to the product. And once the foundation was in place, we switched on paid acquisition - Google Ads wired directly into the analytics stack, so every sign-up traces back to the channel that produced it.

The order mattered. Paid traffic sent to an unmeasured site is spend without learning. By the time the first campaigns launched on June 22, every conversion event was already flowing into GA4, which is why the results below can be reported to the single event.

The Results

June's analytics describe a tool in daily professional use: 38,300 monthly active users generated 2,145,437 pageviews in a single month. The daily-usage line tells the more interesting story. Active users climb through the working week and drop sharply on weekends - the signature rhythm of software people rely on to do their jobs, not a spike of one-time visitors.

The paid program's first month made the foundation-first sequence visible: sessions from paid search rose from 150 in the month before launch to 3,125 in the first full month - a 20.8x increase - producing 1,433 sign-up conversion events between June 22 and July 19. Ripley's own homepage now reports more than 60,000 platform users.

The Takeaway

Products with real utility don't need inflated marketing. They need the system around them to work: a fast site, content that meets search demand, measurement that tells the truth, and paid spend that arrives only after the foundation can convert it. Build in that order, and the first month of paid looks like Ripley's did.
